So i browsed through the forums real quick and didn't notice the topic. It is possible that i missed it, so I appologize if this already came up. I've been checking out other towns and asking around and it seems like stock pileing blue and or white houses gets you a good amount of cash. Are there any other tips and or tricks to maximize profits? Right now i have about half my map full of blue houses and i just started pumping out white houses as well. It seems sending the characters on shorter missions more often seems the best way, but as i can not get on as much as i would like i swap between 12 and 24 hour quests. I've purchased a few premium items which have increased my cash output so that helps a bit. Is there a must have building or neat trick to pile on the money? I've noticed if you are going to get premiums it helps to get the ones with characters becuase it winds up giving you more earning potential.
Thanks,
Pope

It seems that they changed it so buying multiples of the same house causes the price of each successive one to increase. Thus, after buying 9-10 brown houses, I'm out of cash and they cost more than the white houses how.
Does developing the Heights ever start giving you cash?

Does developing the Heights ever start giving you cash?
No, not really. There are only a few minor things that give Cash (list might not be exhaustive):
Ziff Mansion has an income.
Billionaire Haven comes with Paris Texan, giving you an additional character with a regular set of jobs.
If you want to maximize your Cash income, it's best to not send your characters on Springfield Heights jobs, but instead assign them their "normal" jobs that yield money.

For me I used the Xp multiplyer an baught a bunch of kwik e marts which gave me 10000 xp instead of 2000 which helped me get more characters faster

I've found that I can farm Sideshow Bob in the alternate Springfield. For me, he spawns every time I visit, so I can keep returning to the alternate Springfield to farm his reward. Tapping on him gives $50 and 5 XP, and it takes me about 20 seconds to capture him and return to the friend screen. Your overall cash and XP multiplier also applies. I can get over $150 a minute, which adds up to a lot more than character jobs and house incomes. However, it does require some concentration to catch Sideshow Bob, and you have to continually return to the friend screen and back.
Hope this helps!!!

A good strategy for getting cash is making all of your characters do a 24 hour task, as long as it may take it gives you a lot of cash I recommend having town hall whilst doing this so you can see if somebody isn't doing something and assign them a task

Quote: Please listen** It is very much pointless doing missons for over 1 hour you get almost double if not triple by doing a one hour misson!!!
